Pilz PILZ-773800 is a Safety I/O unit designed for DIN rail mounting, compatible with both 35mmx7.5mm top hat and 27mm recess width rails. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +60°C and has a net height of 94 mm. This unit is specifically designed for incremental encoders, supporting sin/cos, HTL, and TTL signals, and offers various connection types including screw terminals, spring-loaded terminals for proximity switches, and an 8-pin RJ45 female connector for incremental encoders. The stripping length for screw connections is 7mm, and for spring-loaded connections, it is 9mm. As part of the Safe I/O module sub-range, it has an IP20 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 20.4-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal) or 4.9-5.1Vdc (5Vdc nominal; module supply via base unit).
