PILZ-630801 Pilz Safety Light Curtains

Pilz PILZ-630801 is a safety light curtain designed for body protection with a muting function that detects 415mm opaque objects across 4 beams. It features an emitter and receiver pair with connection types including 4-pin and 5-pin M12 male connectors for the emitter and 5-pin and 8-pin M12 male connectors for the receiver. This part falls under the Basic sub-range and offers a protective height of 1200mm. It is constructed with an aluminium housing and has dimensions of 1353mm in height, 35mm in width, and 41.2mm in depth. The PILZ-630801 operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +50 °C for operation and -25 to +70 °C for storage. It provides a sensing distance from 0.5m to 50m with an infrared LED light source at a wavelength of 880 nm. The degree of protection is IP65, ensuring durability in various environments. The supply voltage required is 24Vdc. Additionally, it features 2 x digital outputs (500mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs with a response time of 16ms / 0.016 s and a resolution specifically designed for body protection at 415mm.
